How Does Internet Work? Who Own The Internet?

Whole world is connected with the Internet but have you ever thought about how the internet works. You may have thought that it works with satellite or network spread all over the world but you won’t know that 99% of the internet works with optical fibercable.

Now you will think that I use a mobile, on mobile which cable is connected. So the tower from where you get internet from that tower the cable is connected & spread.

Let me explain to you in an easy way. For receiving of internet, the internet has to pass through 3 different companies:-

·         Tier 1:-       This is the company which has spread cables all over the world underwater. The Internet is totally free. If you are at home and your office is 2km away from your home so you can add a cable from your home to office and connect both the computers and now assume it as the internet so the money you spend is only for cable not for the computer so in the same way the money which you give is only for the maintenance of cable not for internet in the same way “tier1” company has spread the cable all over the world so that the whole world is connected with each other. Now you have to divide them from country to state, state to city, city to your location.

So from this cable, everything you search on the website goes to the website server. So the cable is spared all over the world underwater so when they get damaged & they don’t have life span more than 25 years so when they get damaged we need backup so for backup cables are spread in multiple locations in every country so the money which you give for the Internet is not for Internet it for maintenance for cables. The Internet is totally free.

The fiber(core) of OFC is very thin

·        Tier 2:-     So tier 2 company says that tier 1 has to bring cables to the country now let us set up in the country and take money from people and give some money to tier 1 so tier 1 gets money per GB. Tier 2 company how much they receive more than it provides us.

·        Tier 3:-   It is a local company they buy the Internet from Tier 2. So totally everything is free. The money is only taken for their setup & maintenance.

So now there is a tower in your area with 100mbps so if in your area 5 people using the internet so each will get 25mbps speed as per there bandwidth. So if there is a rush in your area so the Internet will get divided equally in everyone. So in day Internet speed is less and at night speed is more.

If you are in any country where the website server is not there so through that cable chain. Your traffic will go where the website server is there but if the server is there in that country so you will get fast connectivity. If you use a proxy so your traffic will go to some other country and return to you so the speed will become slow.

If the optical fiber cable is damaged so speed will also decrease so for backup from where data or your traffic was going will change and will be send from another location where optical fiber cable is connected and this is managed by software you have to do nothing.

So if you want to know where your traffic is going while you visit a website:-

1.     So open a command prompt in pc

2.     Now write a command “tracert”

3.     Now by giving space write a website name with the domain

4.     Press Enter

Now wait for a while and you will get all the IP Adders from where your traffic is going. When you get all the IP Address you can go to Google and find the IP Address Location

What Is VFX

'' VFX" redirects here. For the 196p8 US Navy fighter program, see VFX. Visual effects  are the process by which imagery is created or manipulated outside the context of a live-action shot in filmmaking. Visual effects involve the integration of live-action footage (special effects) and generated imagery (digital or optical effects) to create environments, inanimate objects, animals or creatures which look realistic but would be dangerous, expensive, impractical, time-consuming or impossible to capture on film. Visual effects using computer-generated imagery (CGI) have recently become accessible to the independent filmmaker with the introduction of affordable and relatively easy-to-use animation and compositing software. Timing Visual effects are often integral to a movie's story and appeal. Although most visual effects work is completed during post-production, it usually must be carefully planned and choreographed in pre-production and production. Wh

What is an Optical Fiber?

Optical fiber is the technology associated with data transmission using light pulses traveling along with a long fiber which is usually made of plastic or glass. Metal wires are preferred for transmission in optical fiber communication as signals travel with fewer damages. Optical fibers are also unaffected by electromagnetic interference. The fiber optical cable uses the application of total internal reflection of light. The fibbers are designed such that they facilitate the propagation of light along with the optical fiber depending on the requirement of power and distance of transmission. Single-mode fiber is used for long-distance transmission while multimode fiber is used for shorter distances. The outer cladding of these fibbers needs better protection than metal wires.                                                      THIS IMAGE IS TAKEN FROM BIJUS WEBSITE Types of Optical Fiber The types of optical fibers depend on the  refractive index , materials used, and mode of
